How it's done:
- Stand with your feet together, toes forward
- Point the hips forward
- Open chest, lift heart to the sky
- Arms should be relaxed at your sides, palms facing forward
- Gaze is forward and soft
- Imagine a string from your head to your spine and down to the ground, keeping your body in a straight line
